Terms of Service

Network Flow AI provides technology designed to help professionals manage networking relationships and follow-up activities.

Features may include:

• Capturing and organizing business cards and professional contacts
• Maintaining contact and relationship information
• Tracking networking events, meetings, introductions, and opportunities
• Using artificial intelligence to draft emails and other communications
• Connecting supported email and calendar services
• Sending user-authorized communications
• Providing networking reminders, insights, and suggested follow-up actions

Features may change as the Service evolves.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Network Flow AI.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your Network Flow AI account.

You agree to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not allow another person to impersonate you through your account or use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Network Flow AI may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google Gmail and Google Calendar.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Network Flow AI to access the information and functionality you approve during that service’s authorization process.

Network Flow AI does not require you to provide your Google password. Google account authorization is handled through Google’s OAuth process.

You may revoke third-party access through Network Flow AI when supported or through the applicable third-party account settings.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Network Flow AI may generate suggested emails, messages, introductions, or other communications using artificial intelligence.

You are responsible for reviewing communications before sending them and determining whether the content and recipient are appropriate.

When you authorize Network Flow AI to send an email through your connected account, you authorize the Service to perform that action on your behalf.

You may not use Network Flow AI to send spam, phishing messages, deceptive communications, unlawful solicitations, harassment, or communications that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Some Network Flow AI features use artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or otherwise incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying upon, sending, publishing, or acting on it.

Network Flow AI does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated recommendations, summaries, communications, or other outputs.

Network Flow AI allows users to store professional contact information, including information obtained from business cards, networking events, introductions, and other professional interactions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of contact information complies with applicable laws and that you have appropriate authority to upload or use information submitted to the Service.

You may not use Network Flow AI to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Commit fraud or impersonate another person
• Send spam, phishing, or malicious communications
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Upload malicious software or interfere with the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user’s account or data
• Scrape or systematically extract information from the Service without authorization
• Circumvent security, authentication, usage, or access controls
• Use the Service to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights

We may restrict or suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

You retain ownership of information and content you submit to Network Flow AI.

You grant Network Flow AI the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, organize, and otherwise use that information to provide the Service and features you request.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Network Flow AI and its software, branding, designs, technology, interfaces, and other proprietary materials are owned by Network Flow AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Network Flow AI intellectual property to users.

Certain Network Flow AI features may require a paid subscription.

Pricing, billing periods, usage limits, included features, trial terms, and applicable fees will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.

Users are responsible for applicable taxes and charges associated with their subscription.

Additional billing and cancellation terms may be presented when paid plans become available.

Users may stop using Network Flow AI at any time.

When subscription functionality is available, users may cancel their subscription according to the cancellation options provided within the Service.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle a user to a refund for a previously paid billing period unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated.

Users may request deletion of their Network Flow AI account and associated personal information by contacting: hello@networkflowai.com

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or enforcement of these Terms.

We work to keep Network Flow AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, security concerns, or circumstances outside our control.

Network Flow AI may depend on third-party providers for services such as cloud hosting, authentication, email, calendars, artificial intelligence, analytics, payments, and infrastructure.

We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Network Flow AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free from errors.

Network Flow AI does not guarantee that using the Service will result in introductions, meetings, referrals, sales, business opportunities, or other particular outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Network Flow AI and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, Network Flow AI’s total liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount the user paid Network Flow AI during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Network Flow AI and its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to Network Flow AI when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms as Network Flow AI evolves.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Continued use of Network Flow AI after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
