We may collect information that users provide directly to Network Flow AI, including:

• Name, email address, and account information
• Business card information
• Professional contact information
• Company, title, phone number, and other networking details
• Notes, relationship information, introductions, opportunities, and follow-up information
• Event and meeting information
• Content users enter into the application

We may also collect limited technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, usage information, and application logs for security, troubleshooting, and product operation.

Network Flow AI may allow users to connect their Google account through Google OAuth.

Depending on the features a user chooses to connect, Network Flow AI may request permission to:

• Identify the Google account connected to Network Flow AI
• Send email on the user’s behalf through Gmail
• Access calendar information necessary to display or support networking-related meetings and events

Network Flow AI does not ask users to provide their Google password. Google authentication is handled through Google’s OAuth authorization process.

We only request Google permissions that are necessary to provide features the user chooses to use.

Network Flow AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data will not be sold, used for advertising, or transferred to data brokers.

Google user data will not be used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We use information to:

• Provide and operate Network Flow AI
• Create and manage user accounts
• Organize professional contacts and networking activity
• Generate user-requested email drafts and follow-up communications
• Send emails when specifically initiated or approved by the user
• Display connected calendar events when enabled
• Improve application reliability, security, and user experience
• Detect abuse, fraud, or security incidents
• Respond to customer support requests
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Network Flow AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with features such as drafting emails, organizing contact information, summarizing networking information, and suggesting follow-up actions.

Information may be processed by technology service providers solely as necessary to deliver these user-facing features.

We do not sell user information or Google user data for AI training, advertising, or data brokerage purposes.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Network Flow AI, such as hosting, authentication, database, email integration, analytics, security, and AI-processing providers.

These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide services to Network Flow AI, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Network Flow AI, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Network Flow AI, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information as described below.

Users may disconnect their Google account from Network Flow AI through the application when that option is available.

Users may also revoke Network Flow AI’s access through their Google Account security settings.

Revoking access prevents future access through that Google authorization but may not automatically delete information previously provided to or created within Network Flow AI.

We will process verified deletion requests subject to information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.

Network Flow AI may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies required for authentication, application functionality, security, preferences, and analytics.

Network Flow AI is intended for professional and business networking and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over your information.
