Delete your Network Flow AI account

Network Flow AI is operated by Wade2be LLC. You can permanently delete your account and its data here or inside the app — you don't need to install the app or create anything new.

How to delete your account

  1. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or use the form above.
  2. Confirm it's you — with your password, Google, Microsoft, or an emailed link.
  3. Review what will be removed and type DELETE.

Deletion happens immediately once you confirm — usually within a few seconds. We only show "deleted" after it has finished.

What is deleted

  • Your login, profile, photo and professional identities
  • Your contacts, notes, personal details, tags and business card photos
  • Events, follow-ups, opportunities, introductions and relationship history
  • Email and text drafts and records, templates and AI assistant conversations
  • Saved calendar meetings and connected Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook and CRM accounts (access is revoked where the provider allows)
  • Referral codes and referral history, usage and activity records, and support requests
  • Any team you own — team members keep their own contacts but lose access to that team

Subscriptions

Any active paid plan is canceled immediately as part of deletion, so there are no further charges. If cancellation can't be completed, your account is not deleted and you'll see a message asking you to contact hello@networkflowai.com. Unused time on a canceled plan is handled under our Refund Policy.

What is kept, and why

  • Payment records at Paddle. Paddle is our merchant of record and keeps invoices and transaction records under its own legal and tax obligations. We delete our copy.
  • Anonymous totals. Daily advertising counts and similar totals that never identified you are kept.
  • Emails and texts you already sent remain with their recipients and in your own mailbox or phone, and contacts you synced to a CRM remain in that CRM. We can't delete those for you.
  • Backups and server logs. Our hosting provider takes one database backup per day and keeps about 14 days of them, so your data can remain in a backup for up to about 14 days after deletion before it is replaced. Stored files such as card photos are not included in these backups. Server logs, which may include your account ID or email address, are kept by the hosting provider for a short time; it doesn't publish an exact retention period. We do not restore deleted accounts from backups.
