Signing in
Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or your email and password. On the iPhone app, sign-in opens in a browser sheet — when it says “You're all set”, return to the app and you'll be signed in. If Google keeps signing you into the wrong account, sign out first; the Google button will ask which account to use.
Scanning business cards
Tap Scan in the bottom bar, take a photo of the card (or a screenshot of a digital card), check the details it reads, add a quick note about the conversation, then Save. Scans count against the monthly allowance shown in Settings > Plan. Paid plans can scan several cards in a row using batch mode.
Managing contacts
Open Contacts to see everyone you've met, sorted A–Z. Open a contact to edit details, add a Google review link, share them, refer them to someone else, or invite them to an event. After saving a contact, NetworkFlow writes a follow-up email and text for you — nothing is ever sent automatically; you review it, then send.
Email & calendar connections
Connect Gmail or Microsoft under More > Settings > Integrations > Connected accounts. NetworkFlow only ever asks to send email for you and to read your calendar — it never reads your inbox and never changes calendar events. If Microsoft shows “approval required”, that is your company's policy: use the “Copy IT request” button on that screen to send to your IT admin, and trying again inside Microsoft Edge usually works. If a calendar event is missing, reconnect the account and tap Refresh on Today's Schedule.
Billing & plans
More > Settings > Plan shows your current plan and allowances, and is where to upgrade, change or cancel. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period, and no data is deleted. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Installing on your phone
Open networkflowai.com in your phone browser and use Share > Add to Home Screen (iPhone) or the install prompt (Android). Once added, opening from the home screen icon keeps you signed in.
